Stocks Native Nursery, Harden

Wander along the walking trail, browse through the books in the library or enjoy light lunches, homemade treats and coffee in the cafe. The nursery is a two hectare Australian Botanic Garden featuring over 600 labelled species.

Redbrow Garden, Murrumbateman

Explore this rambling rural garden and Bed & Breakfast. Named after the native ‘redbrow firetail’ finch, the gardens express the seasons in a spectacular way, with 40,000 daffodils of 30 varieties, hundreds of fruit trees, and thousands of exotic and native trees, shrubs and flowers. It also incorporates free range egg production, horse paddocks, lavender, olives and aviaries.

Markdale, Binda

Stroll through the garden which is acknowledged as one of the great country gardens of Australia. It was redesigned in 1949 by Edna Walling, the pioneer of Australian landscape gardening.

Hopewood Garden, Bowral

Meander along woodland walks past the waterfall, stream and ponds. This grand country garden was first established in 1875 and has been lovingly restored and expanded. There’s even a croquet lawn and a superb parterre potager garden.

Quindalup, Glenquarry

Marvel at this five acre woodland garden filled with rare and unusual trees and shrubs, set amongst a backdrop of eucalypts. You can also visit the specialist nursery with an extensive range of rare plants.
